Shipping policy
Processing time
- Ready to Ship Items: Orders that contain items marked as Ready to Ship are processed and shipped with in 2-3 business days
- Made to Order Items: Orders that contain items that are NOT marked as Ready to Ship are processed and shipped with in 5-6 business days before shipping
Shipping Time & Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and package weight.
- You will recieve a tracking number via email once your order has been placed. You can use tracking number to monitor the estimated delivery date.
- Please not that delivery dates are estimates and are subject to change based on unexpected circumstances during transit.
International Shipping
We ship both within the United States and Internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs, duties, or import fees; additonally, please allow extra time for international shipments, as customs clearence can cause delays.
Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During holidays or high-volume periods, shipping time may be slightly longer than usual.
Lost, Delayed, or Incorrect Shipments
Please double check your shipping address before checking out to ensure the address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address details. If there is a mistake in your shipping address please contact our customer support as soon as possible.

Return and refund policy
All Sales Are Final
Each item is handmade with love, intention, and care. Due to the nature of our products--especially body jewelry like waist beads-- we DO NOT accept returns or refunds. However, we do have a 7-day exchange policy for certain cases.
Before placing your order please be sure to:
- Carefully read product descriptions
- Double-check all measurements

No Refunds for:
- Custom orders
- Incorrect sizing due to customer error
- Lost or stolen packages (please contact USPS)
Exchanges (Within 7 Days)
We accept exchanges only if:
- The item arrived damaged
- You received the wrong item
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.
